These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website rutapart.es (hereinafter, "the Platform"), owned by EffiFlex S.L. Access to the Platform implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Purpose
Rutapart is a digital marketplace specializing in the sale of second-hand automotive spare parts in Spain. The Platform connects professional scrapyards (sellers) with mechanics, workshops, and individuals (buyers), providing a safe and transparent environment for the transaction of verified auto parts.
3. Access and registration
Access to public website information does not require registration. However, to make purchases, manage orders, or sign up for the waiting list, it is necessary to create a user account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
4. Purchase conditions
The following conditions will apply when the marketplace is fully operational:
4.1 Prices
All prices displayed on the Platform include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice until the moment of order confirmation.
4.2 Payment methods
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods enabled on the platform are accepted. Rutapart does not store complete bank card data.
4.3 Shipping
Shipments are made throughout mainland Spain. Estimated delivery times are 24-72 business hours, depending on location and availability. Shipping costs are calculated according to the volumetric weight of the part (Spanish standard /5000) and are displayed before confirming the order.
4.4 Warranty
All spare parts sold through Rutapart come with a minimum 2-year warranty in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). Each part is classified according to our A/B/C/D grading system, which transparently describes the condition of the spare part.
4.5 Right of withdrawal
Individual buyers (non-professional) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 calendar days from receipt of the product, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, they must notify contacto@rutapart.es and initiate the return through their user account. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
4.6 Returns
In the event of receiving a defective product, one not conforming to the description, or one damaged during transport, the buyer may request a return or replacement. Return shipping costs for defective products will be borne by the seller.
5. Intellectual property
All website content, including but not limited to texts, images, logos, graphic design, source code, trademarks, and trade names, is owned by EffiFlex S.L. or their respective holders. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation is prohibited without express authorization. The "Rutapart" brand and its logo are registered property of EffiFlex S.L.
6. Limitation of liability
Rutapart acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers (professional scrapyards). While we verify seller identity and apply quality controls, Rutapart is not the manufacturer or distributor of spare parts and cannot guarantee 100% suitability of each part for a specific vehicle. Direct responsibility for the condition and conformity of products lies with the seller. Rutapart shall not be liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical updates, or force majeure.
7. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible at /legal/privacidad. We recommend reading it before using the Platform.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia (Spain), unless applicable consumer regulations establish a different jurisdiction.
9. Online dispute resolution
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
10. Modifications
EffiFlex S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the website. Continued use of the Platform after publication of changes implies acceptance thereof.
